Classes are coach-led, and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Workouts are constantly varied and unique, which means every workout will be different, ensuring progression and preventing boredom. Even if some exercises are familiar the workouts will very in weight and time, you will always be challenged. Anyone can benefit from CrossFit, and everyone who is committed will excel at it.
